Grace Innovation Church collects data in a few ways. Data can be collected through direct contact at one of our services by filling out a connect card or when you provide consent for your child to attend kids church. We also collect data through our website when you fill in our online connect card or sign up or when you make a donation.
How We Use the Information Collected
We use data collected from to:
• Provide you with information about news, activities and events happening
• Provide Pastoral Care for our attendees
• Administer attendance or membership records
• Photos and videos may be used as part of our social media, web and marketing campaign.
Sharing Your Information:
We treat your personal data as strictly confidential and is shared between Grace Innovation Church volunteers to effectively provide services connected with the Church. If required by law, we may need to pass on information if necessary, for law enforcement.
As a necessary part of providing you with our services or contacting you as a member, we use the following third party service providers through which we only process your personal data, following your consent:
• ChurchSuite Church Software
• Mailchimp
• GSuite
• PayPal
• GoCardless
• Stripe
Data Storage:
Your personal information given to us is stored on ChurchSuite software and details of their storage security can be found on their website. Details provided when making a donation to our church via our website are stored on Stripe or GoCardless. More information can be found on their website.
How long do we keep your data? We will retain your personal data for as long as you are registered with us. If you request for your data to be removed, we are required to archive the data in line with HMRC or for the purpose of other legal regulations for a period of six years.

Please be aware that you have legal rights to control what data we hold about you, how it is used and if you agree for us to keep it. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) states that you have the following legal rights:
